A message from our Finance Officer
Dear Families,
I would like to introduce myself as the new Finance Manager at St Clare of Assisi. My days are Wednesday – Friday and I look forward to supporting you and your family as part of the office team.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding school fees or payments, please feel free to contact me via email at shari.cooper@cg.catholic.edu.au or by phone on 6294 1860.
To help make fee payments as smooth and stress-free as possible, I would like to offer a few helpful tips:
- Please ensure that your payments cover the full balance due by the last day of the school year in December.
- If you are experiencing any financial difficulties, I encourage you to reach out to me as soon as possible so we can discuss and arrange a suitable payment plan.
- Payments can be made via EFTPOS or Mastercard at the school office, Compass Pay or BPoint Direct Debit.
- Regular instalments can be arranged or adjusted to help finalise your 2025 school fees by the end of December.
I look forward to working with you for the remainder of the year.
Kind regards,
Shari Cooper
Finance Officer
St Clare of Assisi

Hat's Back On - Starting Monday 4 August 2025
As we head into Term 3, we’re putting our hats back on to keep our students sun safe!
Starting Monday 4 August, all students will be required to wear a sun-safe hat when outdoors during school hours. This aligns with the Cancer Council’s SunSmart guidelines, which recommend sun protection whenever UV levels are 3 or above - a common occurrence even in cooler months.
We appreciate your support in helping us teach and reinforce lifelong sun safety habits.
This week White Cards will be presented at Friday Morning Assembly at 8.45am. Parents and Carers are very welcome to attend. Congratulations to the following children.
