Medical Procedures
If your child requires medication during school hours, please complete the Medical Authorisation Form and provide any relevant medical action plans (e.g. asthma or anaphylaxis).
Medication Guidelines:
- Medication, EpiPens, or similar items must be delivered to the Front Office by a parent or carer.
- Asthma puffers should remain in your child’s school bag for easy access.
- Emergency supplies of asthma puffers and EpiPens are available at the Front Office.
Please ensure all items are:
- Clearly labelled with your child’s full name and supplied in original packaging with a pharmacy label showing dosage and child’s name.
Forms and policies:
Absentee Procedure
It is a legal requirement that all student absences are explained.
- If your child is absent, please submit an attendance note via the Compass app.
- For late arrivals or early departures, sign in/out using the Compass Kiosk at the Front Office.
- Absences of 25 days or more require an application for extended leave. Please contact the Front Office for further information.
